Intercorp’s team, in direct coordination with the manufacturers, develops customized solutions that respond to the aesthetic, technical and operational requirements of leading hospitality brand programs. Intercorp is supported by a bilingual team of architects, interior designers, project managers and logistics specialists, working closely with each client’s creative and technical teams. We support the process from design development and specifications through sample coordination, budgeting and technical adjustments, proactively addressing challenges to ensure efficient execution, on time and within budget.

With offices in Mexico and the United States, and direct collaboration with the manufacturers in North America, Europe and Asia, our project management, purchasing and logistics team coordinates the entire process of production, shipping, importation, site delivery and installation, ensuring each product arrives correctly at its final destination. We leverage the benefits of USMCA (T-MEC) and the European Union Free Trade Agreement to optimize timelines and logistics costs.

For the Dreams Vista Cancun, Gold & Spa Resort project, the collaboration with Intercorp and Brintons was key to developing a carpet design that matched the hotel’s concept and level. The custom design for the ballrooms, inspired by the Caribbean Sea, integrates different shades of blue and turquoise blended with white sand tones, creating the sensation of waves gently reaching the shore. In the guestrooms, the developed elements add an artistic and contemporary touch, resulting in comfortable, functional spaces with a clear and elegant design identity.

In collaboration with Intercorp, Arquitectura de Interiores was able to transform a concept rooted in Huichol symbolism into a distinctive design. Parque Cultural Hidalguense, located in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico, is a major cultural complex spanning over 26 hectares. At its center lies “Homage to the Woman of the World”, a monumental mural covering more than 32,000 square meters—recognized as one of the largest in the world. Intercorp played a critical role in the project, managing the development, production, quality control, and installation of over 7 million mosaics in 45 colors and 12 formats.
